Role Overview:

Ever wanted to shadow founders and dive into the heart of a growing tech company? Well, here's your chance! As our Founder's Office Associate, you'll work directly with the founders, helping drive growth, sales, and all things awesome at Cobalt.

What You'll Do:

• Hang out with the founders, learn the ropes, and get a behind-the-scenes look at running a startup.
• Work on growth problems like sales strategy, demand generation and product marketing.
• Dive hands-on into crafting innovative sales tactics and processes, creating compelling content, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Contribute to the development, leadership, and execution of our growth playbook, and play a pivotal role in assembling a top-tier team.
• Engage actively in industry events and conferences, enhancing Cobalt’s visibility and network.

Who You Are:

• A hustler who understands tech. [We are a dev infra software, basic CS knowledge is a must-have]
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
• Excellent at writing and verbal interaction, capable of producing engaging content and effectively communicating with others.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
